1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on the 768db platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only).
• You must be a real individual — accounts cannot be opened on behalf of a legal entity or organization.
• You are joining this platform voluntarily, of your own free will.
• Each user may open only one account.

2 Account Registration & Accuracy of Information

When opening an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. 768db may request identity verification documents when necessary.

• All information provided at registration must be your own.
• If any account information changes, notify our support team immediately.
• If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them may be closed.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. 768db will never ask for your password by phone or chat.

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your login credentials with others is the user's own responsibility.

4 Deposits

Deposits on 768db are made using mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. We support only the following methods:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per method.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.
• Deposit amounts will be credited to your account immediately.

5 Withdrawals

The following rules apply when withdrawing your winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile wallet used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.

6 Welcome Bonus

768db offers a welcome bonus for new users. To receive this bonus, the following conditions must be met:

A wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn:

• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.
• Bets on certain games may not count toward wagering.

7 General Bonus Policy

• 768db reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Each bonus has its own expiry period — unused bonuses will be cancelled after they expire.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another user.
• Bonuses issued due to a system error or technical issue may be cancelled.

8 VIP Program

768db's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Consistent active play can move you to a higher tier. VIP benefits may be changed at 768db's sole discretion.

9 General Gaming Policy

All games on 768db are conducted fairly using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Fair play is our core principle.

• No player or 768db authority can control game outcomes.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes using any software or method is prohibited.
• If a game result becomes uncertain due to a technical error, the relevant round may be cancelled.
• 768db retains records of all game transactions, which will be treated as final evidence in the event of a dispute.

10 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• Before placing a bet, confirm that your account has sufficient balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• If unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected, the account may be subject to investigation.

11 Unacceptable Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 768db platform:

• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Any form of fraudulent transactions or money laundering.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or gain unauthorized access to games or the system.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users on the platform.
• Conducting transactions using third-party accounts or payment methods.

• In all disputes, the records in 768db's system will be considered final evidence.

17 Changes & Validity of Terms

768db reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms at any time.

• For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users in a timely manner.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
• The most recently updated version of these terms applies.
